Reminder for representatives of UN ECOSOC
You are welcome whether you represent an organization or just yourself!
Update on activities by those on our mailing list, amongst whom are representatives of UN ECOSOC accredited organizations. Here we seek to support one another and together to form more powerful, knowledgeable, and all-round coalitions for each of the areas connected to sustainable development in which the UN is working in that period.
For each topic we create a communal document in which all participants can place their ideas, regardless where they are in the world and whether they intend to participate in a strategy meeting or not.
These ideas are discussed during the strategy meeting; and action plans are formulated, which often include reports or lists of best practices that are sent to heads of state and government, UN ambassadors and delegates with whom we have a special working relationship.
We are set up to have an Instant Response Network that can also become active during negotiations of UN Member States when an impasse looms and we have ideas that might be able to restore the flow of negotiations.
